Online marketplace Snapdeal will soon allow its customers to sell old gadgets such as mobile pones, tablets and laptops through a new service, according to company officials. The New Delhi-based firm is rolling out a value-added service that will allow users to fill in the details of the used device, schedule a pick-up or drop-off and get paid in cash instantly. The company has tied up with a third-party company, ReGlobe, which will recycle the phones in the market. After the festive season, it may roll-out a focussed buyback programme which ties in with the concept of buying used phones. Tony Navin, Vice-President, Business Development, confirmed the development. http://www.thehindu.com/business/Industry/snapdeal-to-snap-up-used-devices/article5218190.ece
