In-a-day Guarantee is our expedited delivery service, where orders placed before 6PM will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 6PM will be delivered the day after. Delivery is charged at Rs 90 per item.

In-a-day Guarantee is available only for orders placed with seller WS Retail. As of now, this service is available only for deliveries in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and Pune.

How much does 'In-a-day Guarantee' delivery cost?
In-a-day Guarantee costs Rs 90 per item.

How can I avail 'In-a-day Guarantee' delivery?
Check with your location's pincode if the 'In-a-day Guarantee' delivery option is available. Currently, the service is available only for deliveries in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and Pune. You may select this option while placing your order.

The 'In-a-day Guarantee' delivery option is available only for orders placed with the seller WS Retail. It is generally available for most products. But, we suggest you check if the product you are ordering is can be delivered the next business day. Be sure to place the order before 6PM to get the delivery on next business day. Orders placed after 6PM will be delivered the day after.

What happens if a product is not delivered within the promised time?
If a product is not delivered within the promised time, the amount charged for shipping is refunded back to your Flipkart Wallet. You’ll see the expected delivery date at the time of placing the order.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the delivery charge will be collected as part of the order, but will be automatically refunded to your Wallet within 24 hours.

Our money-back guarantee has got you covered in case our courier partner is unable to initiate the In-a-Day Guarantee delivery within the promised date. We will refund your delivery charge within 24 hours. We will also remit twice that amount to your Wallet for future purchases on Flipkart. This amount is non-refundable.

The next-day shipment promise does not hold if our courier has attempted to deliver your order within the promised time but you are unable to receive it. Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf can receive the shipment.

We hope you understand that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery to commercial establishments on Saturdays and Sundays, as they might be closed.

How is a 'business day' different from a regular day?
A business day is defined as each 'working day' of the week. The expected date of delivery is generally given in these. Typically, these include the days Monday through Saturday. Public holidays are not considered.

You will see the expected date of delivery while placing the order, depending on the delivery option you select.

What are the different delivery options?
Flipkart offers through its trusted logistics partners - Standard delivery and In-a-day Guarantee expedited delivery.

Standard delivery times could vary across sellers and product categories, while In-a-day Guarantee delivery of products purchased from seller WS Retail in one business day, provided the order is placed by 6PM.

Is In-a-day Guarantee available for all products?
In-a-day Guarantee is only available for products sold by seller WS Retail. Some products cannot be delivered next-day due to logistical reasons. Please check on the individual product page to see if it can be delivered using this option. Also check with your pincode if In-a-day Guarantee delivery is available in our location.

Also, they have silently changed shipping charges for standard delivery.
Earlier it was Rs 50 for orders value < Rs 500, now it is Rs 40 / item if order value less than Rs < 500

Rs 9 cheaper compared to Amazon's 99/49, to score some points. But hardly makes any difference.
