    I cannot accept your answer bro.
    You mentioned : "whethr the no u imagined is 99 or below" ?
    How can person B answer Yes or NO here !!
    Q was for Rs.100 and I cannot treat this as correct.

    terminator answer fits perfectly with the strategy as once he gets a No for the answer , he knows the answer.
    and
    Person B now has only one chance to answer correctly in which he must take a straight chance by asking any number leaving
    him with 1 upon 99 chance.

    choose a no. between 1 to 99.
    now double it, and then add 20(everytym change this to whatever u want bt even no. only) to it.
    now half it, now subract the no. u thought,
    and the ans . is 10( half of 20, ans will be half of the even no. u choose)..

    if the person B imagines the no 99 then he will say yes, in my case but in terminator's case he will say no , so I guess ,if u feel his is right, then it's right I guess!:) my ques will generate a yes only if any one of the condition is fulfilled, 99 or less , 98 or less like this

    Your Q mentioned 99 or below ? So answer can be either 99 or below. But I understand what you are trying to say here.
    After thinking it well , I find your answer also correct. You will also win Rs.100 for this Q.

    ab nahi hoga bhai shayad, shashtri ji mere grand uncle the, gujar gaye, was very active politician that time from rss/bjp (around 18-20 years ago), current generation staying in pune since 10-15 years. i remember big market near tv tower, udhar se walking distance mein hai. :)
