Their customer service can be slow at times but I can say site can be relied upon. Purchased many Nirula's Vouchers and also some other Vouchers in the past. They do not inform with awb details while shipping but anyway all went smooth. Ordered once on cod and they never shipped nor replied back to my emails. Good deal for McD................pity not valid in Delhi. Just now purchased 4 CCD vouchers for Free cold beverage and they sent all the 4 codes exactly same !! Sent them email. UPDATE on 5th Feb : Site is not reliable and CC is not only slow but bad.
They replied that the same code can be used 4 times as they have punched the same code 4 times let's see............
Update : Code they sent not even worked once , forget 4 times. CCD said they are already used. Sent email to khaugalideals and they sent me one more code which they said can be used only once. I paid for 4 codes so why only 1 code ?? and why did the earlier code didn't worked even once ?? No replies from them. Just treated as a charity given as amount involved was only Rs.16 but now can see site is not reliable.
