This was because you had lost credits for too many reposts but had a second chance to earn those 50 credits with 10 extra if there was no repost from you within 15 days but due to another repost by you, you lost that second chance also. So admin was giving example to Kanika Jain that even she can lose her 50 credits permanently if she will not be careful about reposts from now on.
