This is what I have been saying all along. Minor mistakes won't affect existing members perception about the forum, but would turn away 90% of new members because very few will try to get clarifications like you did. But other people are diverting the topic of this discussion. So complacency in that aspect might cause the max harm to OS>
I think its enough for this post now. A lot of criticism, valuable views, suggestions, ideas have come up here( "criticism" part totally belongs to sastaji , however he has a good part in other fields also like he suggested for a tool for automatic deal movement from upcoming deals section to hot deals and a coupon code box to check reposts etc.). I believe that sasta cares about the forum and therefore is trying to point out mistakes and then gives suggestions as well. Now for sasta But bro i think there is a difference between pointing out mistakes and making a mountain out of a molehill ( sry if u feel offended by this statement of mine). Minor mistakes happen everywhere and we all mods ( Rock bro, developer bro, krr bro, spiderman ji etc) work to our full potential to solve even those minor mistakes so that the forum remains in perfect shape but "To err is Human" ( i hope u agree with this). We also try to solve the members' queries as soon as possible and many members have even appreciated us for that( Not against any other forum but even i have always suffered a problem of getting a quick reply even to a pm from the staff team of other forums). Also i didn't like your pointing to a particular member that he/she is being given brotherly/special treatment by us( First see his/her posts, how well are they organised and then comment on that, sry for being harsh on this). We, as mods are always required to be dominating by using soft tone but sometimes we can't when situation gets out of control. I know you are a well wisher of community and will hope that u will never leave that position but understand the capabilities of a human. Thanks....
Sirji mera woh wala reply dobara padho cool mind se jiske liye yeh reply kar rahe ho aap. You can't level unfounded allegations by taking shield of the statment "To err is human"
Aryan bro said- (I haven't seen any newbie crying for missing credits, his deal getting neglected or he is given step brotherly treatment in compare to old members) You said- And the classic example for the second part of your reply is @Muthu15. And it explains the other thing as well: Old members don't mind small issues arising on any forum, because of loyalty/bonding developed over time. But point is that very few decide to stay with a new forum if they don't like it at first instance. @Muthu15 initially had so many complaints( Moderators are not doing their work fine, Good deals aren't being promoted while bad ones are shown on the homepage, only deals posted by old members are being promoted and so on.....). But now when he has become a regular member, he is not having any such complaint. So he can better explain this to you. So bro do u feel that new members are really given any type of step brotherly treatment?? Can u justify it?? Can u give a link of a post which justifies this?? I don't think that. Even if a newbie makes a repost or puts an affiliate link we just try to make him/her understand that reposts/affiliate links are not allowed. We don't even deduct credits for that( even for 1st 3-4 times and just keep on warning and telling that "we hope you will soon understand all the rules, keep posting good deals, happy posting). We always try to encourage them to keep posting rather than using rude words like deducting 5 credits( even when the newbie has posted the affiliate link etc for first time). Do you know why?? Because we all really respect the statement" To err is Human" And do u really know if a senior member like mailtolokeshchawla, target, sandhya, nithin, muthu15 make the same mistake, we scold them bcoz they have learned a lot and we don't expect mistakes like that from them. So i think new members are given brotherly treatment( and i think u will agree that newbies should be given good treatment as they are the future of our forum). Any questions??
Sir this statement wasn't made by me, but by Muthu when he had just joined the forum. Maybe tab aap Ironman nahi, kisi mine me Iron ore hoge so is forum ke member nahi the. So please re-read it. Now we have another saying apart from the cliche "To err is human" "It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward". So please understand the matter before typing such a long reply!
Can't comment on that as u r ryt that i was not a member at that time. But i guess the forum was just started and was at a developing stage at that time, maybe that might be the reason. I don't think i have made any great leap towards the wrong direction by typing a long reply
No, it happened just a few months ago. And now when you have put such a serious blame on me just on the basis of no/misinterpreted evidence, you can't escape by saying that you weren't a member at the time. I have made you aware of the view that Muthu once had for the forum, and you are knowing fairly well about his current views. So you are bound to reply/comment about that.
ab manlo koi +2 mein aapka ek friend ban gya toh kya uske baare mein apko sara kuch pata hoga ki woh +2 se pehle kaisa tha?? Past is past bro. Nothing is achievable by digging the past of anyone( my view, your view would be different, i am damn sure about that). Koi problem toh nhi hai na hindi mein type kar diya thoda sa msg . And Mr Sasta ji can u plz tell me ki what type of blame have i put on you?? And sastaji m not escaping anywhere, yahi hoon main- onlinesasta ka big fan.....
You have changed the direction of the topic Type in any language, but just ensure that Google Translator can understand it. These allegations. You literally forced me to account for statements which I never made
Google Translator ki baat kyon kar rahe ho?? Apne kya translate karke padhni hai meri post?? Bhai itna kasht uthne ki koi zarrorat nhi hai, tell me i will type in english bro
Arre aap moderator ho, jahan marzi le jao is baat ko. Kaun rokega? Nahi, if you want to write in French/Spanish/German etc then I will have only friend to help that is Google translator.
Now don't escape from what u said. You said muthu15 is the answer to the second part of aryan bro's reply . The part was- "I haven't seen any newbie crying for missing credits, his deal getting neglected or he is given step brotherly treatment in compare to old members". So you didn't only mean saying that muthu15 used to cry for credits earlier but also that muthu15 is being given brotherly treatment now
Peeche explain kiya hua hai, let me know if you will check there or want me to explain again. Chance nahi lena chahiye, pehle Hindi me likh ke poocha Hindi me likh sakta hoon ya nahi. Baad me shayad french aa jaye
