    "I haven't seen any newbie crying for missing credits": This applied to nithin
    " his deal getting neglected or he is given step brotherly treatment in compare to old members": Muthu initially had the same opinion. He once said that preference was given to old members while promoting deals. But now his opinion has changed completely. So I feel he is the best person who can explain the reason for that change.

    nithin sometimes still asks for credits( will not used word "cry" as i don't find it appropriate). So "I haven't seen any newbie crying for missing credits" does not apply to nithin. Plz get a new name to which this statement can be applied or dedicated to.

    Oh.... So you want me to spend some time in finding the name of some newbies who have complained about non-addition of credits in past. And when I will provide those names, you would say "I don't know this member from beginning, so can't comment"!

    I am totally new to this forum ....

    After reading all the views i feel that a Mountain is being created for nothing. A forum runs successfully with the help of its members. A few persons cannot run the forum all by themselves. We, THE USERS, have to take some responsibility.

    Reading the comments it seems that the present working staff is too low or the MODS are not able to devote more time due to some factors. AND that's Genuine.

    The easy solution to that is APPOINT more "MODERATORS" who are able to contribute. Create an OPEN POLL where the users will nominate themselves / other persons for this added responsibility. Do a clear and transparent voting. Based on that appoint NEW MODERATORS.

    Buddy ..... Its the users who have to play a very vital role in many terms. Its not just POSTING deals and Earning Credits for the same.

    You being a well known senior member with about 150 + A deals must not be pointed out with what are the responsibilities of the users. REPOSTS happen on every forum.

    Few Users commented that there are very few MODS and are not able to devote more time due to their personal obligations. And i just provided a Solution to that by stating that NEW MODS should be appointed by simple voting.
