Probably you are correct. But ola cabs started playing games and not much reliable now. In spite of having credits in my account , driver told after the end of the trip that there is no balance in your a/c and I must pay cash. This has happened once with me and twice with my friend. Customer Care reply was normal that we will check and this may have been one off incident.
Bro it happens if your credits are already linked to a booking and you do a fresh booking. A simple check to ensure that credits are applied to your ride is to make sure that the msg that ola money is reserved came for your CRN Also you can see you total credits before the driver starts the trip in his device.
oh , not used them since than. As far as I recall I had no other bookings pending or made any other bookings at least in the last 1 week when that happened with me.
