1) with another new account you can recharge / pay bill of same connection or number
2) once you get cash back of 50. Do recharge in chunk of 20-20 and apply coupons code CB50 to get 10 rs as cash back. By this method you can convert 50 rs to 90.

Pay tm is very miserable. I have a nexus 7 2013 tablet few days back my transaction failed. And guess what ita still not refunded. I have emailed and someone named deep explained me the process of doing transaction. Seriously they are dump after more than 10days query is unresolved money is not refunded more on that no one is responding emails. And few days back paytm app was made not compatible with nexus 7 2013. For gods sake app not compatible with googles nexus.

yes the coupon gets activated again after an hour if payment fails!!
