Visit the Website www.payjaldi.com , enter your pre-paid mobile number, enter a recharge amount of >= Rs. 99/- . User entering an amount lower that Rs. 99/- will not be eligible for the free recharge.

6.All terms & conditions printed on website shall prevail.

7.Actual recharge will vary as per the top-up plan of the respective operator and is subject to applicable taxes and levies.

8.The database maintained by the www.payjaldi.com shall be considered final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. Participants agree that decision of Pay Jaldi in this regard is final and binding on the participants.

9.The participant waives conditions of DND register by participating in the contest.

10.Only one unique mobile number or a Registered Pay Jaldi User can avail this Offer only once during the Offer Period. All subsequent attempts to avail the Offer from the same mobile number or same registered Pay Jaldi user ID will be rejected.

11.All participants recharging their prepaid mobile number through Pay jaldi Hungama promotion offer can nominate self or any other prepaid mobile number for availing the one time free recharge of Rs.50.

12.The one time free recharge is non-refundable; and no cash payment will be made in lieu of this recharge. At any stage, www.payjaldi.com reserve their right to call upon the Participant to submit any document for identification purposes as per its sole discretion.

13.This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Offer. Participation is optional.

14.Neither Y-Cash nor payjaldi.com will be liable for any delay in actual redemption under this Offer reflecting in the customers’ account if such delay is due to the respective telecom operators.

15.Pay Jaldi will not be responsible for any loss or damage . In the event, a particular mobile operator discontinues/suspension its operations, Pay Jaldi will not have any obligation to honor their commitment under this Offer. It is also clarified that in case such an operator(s) resumes its/their operations, Pay Jaldi will not be obligated to honor the redemption under this Offer.

26.All disputes/ issues shall be governed by the Laws of India and the Courts of law at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or due to subscription of services without regard to conflict of laws and principles thereof.

I tried recharge with Rs.135 for my BSNL mobile but amout was taken and not recharged any amount....
The statement says,
