    Members cannot make new threads directly in homepage or our A and A+ rated section.
    As Rock bro mentioned , you can create new thread for any deal in All Hot Deals

    or if the deal is other type like Service/Hotels or any Coupon specific , you can choose that particular
    section accordingly from our "Online Shopping" section. If the deal is good , we will promote it to our homepage.
