Nothing is attractive about Infibeam. As per my personal experience, they are the worst out there among the e-stores that started 3-4 years ago. Rarely you will see them respecting the deadlines they themselves set regarding order timelines. I had stopped shopping from them 2 years ago. Thought of giving them another try and made an order on 1st, and they are yet to ship it out from their end. Thinking of calling their Customer Services Head(Ahmedabad) on Monday.
