1. The event will be held only for 5 hours; starting at 8 pm on 13th October and ending at 1 am on 14th October; however, the 32% coupon will be applicable for the whole day
2. By making purchases during the event, you will automatically be included in the leader board
3. Coupon will be applicable till 1 am, 14th October. Leaderboard link will be active from 8 pm on 13th October to 1 am on 14th October only
4. Purchases made during this event will only be entitled to a refund through cashback in case of returns/cancellations
5. If you cancel or on return, request for online refund, after the sale, you will not be eligible for the prize
6. Customer would not be eligile for any prizes if the ordered products are rejected at the time of delivery, irrespective of the mode of payment
7. Customer would be eligible for prizes if the ordered product is returned back and amount is credited back to his/hermyntra.com account as cashback. However, the eligibility ends if the cashback amount is credited to a bank account
8. Only those purchases made during this period will be shown in the dashboard
9. You have to log onto Myntra.com using your registered email to avail the offer and participate in the event
10. Maximum COD transaction per account is limited to Rs. 20,000 but larger transactions can be made using online payment options
11. For prizes worth more than Rs.10000, a 30% tax has to be paid by the customer to avail the prize.
12. The maximum discount that can be applied on any item is limited by 57% off on MRP
13. The prizes will be shipped on 2nd December 2014.
14. If customer do not update the shipping address within 2 weeks(TAT), the gift will be sent to his/her latest order shipping address.
15. If customer do not pay the 30% tax with 2 weeks (TAT), customer will forfeit the prize.
16. Tax details about the road tax, insurance etc (all related to statutory regulations).
