    I did a recharge of RS 50 and it got failed,while the coupon is not re-usable.The worst part is the money was retained in Freecharge wallet and .As per other service provider like Paytm,For failed transaction the money either should not be debited from card or there should be an option to send back the money to credit card.This is not available in Free charge.Even the transaction failed,There is no alternative,You have to depend on free recharge wallet and there are no such other ways of redemption to the free recharge wallet rather only recharge,If money remains there.While Paytm has so many options.

    Either freecharge should not debit the money for failed transaction or they should provide a credit to bank/card instead of retaining in their wallet.

    Else,I feel Paytm is far better than freerecharge per my experience
