HOW TO AVAIL OFFER

1. Go through the regular ticketing flow for selecting the movie, cinema and show of your choice.
2. Confirm your details by providing your email id & mobile number as this information will be used for confirming your transaction.
3. Proceed to the secure payment page, enter your 16 digit RuPay card number in the box, name on the card, expiry and CVV card details.
4. Please check yes, I accept terms, conditions & booking policy.
5. To avail offer, check 'Avail Discounts & Offers' at the bottom left side of the page.
6. Select 'Offers', select "RuPay Card Offer" from the list and click on the 'Apply Offer' button

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The offer can be availed only when payment is made using a RuPay card.
2. The offer is valid till 9th December, 2014.
3. This offer is valid ONLY for users coming directly to the BookMyShow Website and not via individual cinema sites.
4. Offer is applicable on all partner cinemas in India for which tickets can be booked on www.bookmyshow.com
5. Offer is applicable only for bookings for cinema tickets made on the BookMyShow website (www.bookmyshow.com) via RuPay Cards. The offer cannot be combined with any offer / discounts / promotions at the theatres available on www.bookmyshow.com.
6. Tickets are subject to availability at the cinema.
7. Tickets once bought online, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
8. Once the booking is committed, the confirmation mail/SMS received from Bookmyshow needs to be exchanged with the ticket available at the theatre.
9. Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
10. In case cardholder has applied for the discount but the transaction didn't go through for some reason, cardholder is expected to wait for 20 minutes before trying to avail the discount again.
11. The current purchase process at www.bookmyshow.com will remain unchanged till the stage where the eligible card number is provided. After this stage the website will recognize the eligible card, reduce the bill amount and inform the transacting eligible cardholder accordingly.
12. Bigtree & NPCI reserve the right to disqualify any Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
13. Bigtree & NPCI reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
14. Bigtree & NPCI also reserve the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
15. Individual Cinema rules applicable.
16. RuPay cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
17. Bigtree & NPCI reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar to this Program or not or to withdraw it altogether.
18. In addition to the above, this offer on the website is also subject to Bookmyshow's general Terms of Use. Kindly refer to BookmyShow's Terms & Conditions on the homepage.
19. The cardholder shall be required to give personal information and card details online for the tickets purchased on www.bookmyshow.com.
20. NPCI shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal or failure on the part of Bookmyshow to provide or honour the Offer, for any reason whatsoever.

22. Incase of any disputes, Bigtree and NPCI's decision will be final.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Offer only on RuPay cards.
2. This offer is only available on booking tickets for shows on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Customers can book tickets for these days on any day of the week.
3. Each card holder will be eligible for only 2 free tickets in a month which can be through one single transaction (by way of booking 4 tickets) or through 2 separate transactions.
4. Offer is valid on first come first served basis, limited tickets available per month
5. RuPay card users will have to buy cinema tickets through www.bookmyshow.com to avail one free ticket out of every two tickets purchased i.e. two tickets will be available for the price of one subject to bookings in tranche' of two. Thus, if a customer books 4 tickets in a single transaction, he will need to pay for only 2 tickets, as the other 2 tickets will be free. However, if the customer books 3 tickets, he can avail of only 1 free ticket then, and has to pay full price for the other 2 tickets. The offer is not available if only 1 cinema ticket is booked.
6. The price per free ticket cannot exceed Rs.250/-. If the price of the ticket is more than Rs.250 then the difference amount has to be borne by the customer.
7. The offer is available only on the website and not on the mobile app.
8. The customer will have to pay internet handling fee as levied on each ticket.
