Q: I had already availed this offer (Rs.100 for Rs.50) by giving a missed call to 1800 108 5020 & transacted using the promo code I received via SMS on 30th Oct, 2014. Am I still eligible for the offer now?

A: No. This offer will be applicable only for new users. If you have availed this offer already, you will not be eligible to avail it now.

Q: I gave a missed call to 1800 108 5020 when the offer was advertised on 30th Oct. However, I did not redeem the promo code. Am I still eligible for the offer now?
A: Yes. If you got the promo code via SMS, but did not use it the last time, you would still be eligible to avail this offer now. Please give a missed call to 1800 108 5020 and receive promo code via SMS & do a quick recharge.

Q: I just gave a missed call. But I have not received any SMS with promocode.

A: Please make sure the toll free number you dialled is correct. SMS will be sent to you instantly. However, in some cases, it might take upto 30 minutes. Please note that the SMS will be sent only once for a mobile number. If you had already given a missed call & received an SMS, you will not be sent an SMSagain.

Q: I received the SMS with promo code. But the promo code is not working.

Q: Where can I check if the cashback has been added to my account?

A: The cashback will be added to your FreeCharge credits in your app. Open Freecharge App → Make sure you are logged in → Tap the top left corner of your screen → Choose FC Credits/My Credits. You can use this for your subsequent recharges with us.
