i have done 2 recharges using debit card in app... both failed and refunded through credits... y? help me.....

Yesterday i used 5 times recharge and got my cashback also but today i was tried with new account in same device and not working

 

then also same response! did u tried with after 5 times cash back with another credit/debit card
