Cash Back Terms & Conditions 1. This marketing program ("Offer") is from ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI" or "Bank") under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon"). 2. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI debit or credit card ("Card") and to whom a communication is sent by the Bank ("Cardholder"). 3. The validity of the Offer is only from 14th to 15th January, 2015, unless extended by ICICI and/or Amazon. 4. Minimum purchase required is Rs. 5,000 (Rupees five thousand). 5.
