(“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Future Retail Limited It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL. The validity of the programme is from 02-Oct-2015 till 04-Oct-2015 (Both days included) unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant by mutual consent in writing. All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Program. Under this Programme: A cardholder who swipes his/her SBI Credit Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2,500/- and above can avail 5% instant discount on each qualifying transaction at the participating merchant stores (i.e., at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Fashion@ Big Bazaar and Big Bazaar Direct). Maximum discount amount per SBI Credit Card per transaction during the offer period is Rs. 500/-. Cardholder can avail 5% additional discount on the billing value, net of discount if any, from the merchant. FBB StyleUp Cardholders can avail only one offer at a time, i,e either they can take 10% Discount on the fashion merchandise OR the 5% additional Discount based on the current promotion for entire bills subject to other T&C. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that both these offers cannot be combined on a single invoice. Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 2,500/- on a SBI Credit Card level will not be eligible for the offer. One product cannot be bought and billed into two or more invoices i.e. minimum one product will have to be billed on one invoice for a minimum billing amount of Rs. 2,500/- & above to avail this offer. Any query regarding the Programme will be entertained till 04-Oct-2015. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this discount offer as mentioned in the communication. Under no circumstance the discount being offered under this Programme will be settled in lieu of cash by SBICPSL or by Merchant. SBI Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programme. Any such participation will be voluntary. The Programme is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only.
