Received 1 item already yesterday from them ( less than 24 hours from time of my order ) . Very good packing and shipment by Fedex. Placed on free COD as well.

Registration offer is not that good. But they come up with 500 off on 1000 time and again

 

Received a call today that my balance 2 items ( which were under pre order and mentioned delivery around 25th April ) are cancelled. Reason given was received damaged product from their vendor and have no stock now but I notice same products are still showing as available at their site !! Not willing to re validate above coupon as well
which I used to place this order so if I wanna place a fresh order for the same items , I must buy at full prices. Just when I started liking their site and checking out daily for new products , reliability and customer care is exposed. Payment was cod so at least don't need to wait for refunds.

 

They not willing to give another coupon even for the same product , why will they give for another product
I didn't pushed either.

 

Received another email that it was some technical error and 1 item which was showing available
at their site will be shipped to me in a day. Will also try to arrange for 1 balance item from their vendor.
Just hope they don't ship any damaged items.

 

Received the item. Good quality and at a steal price. Delivered in 1 day through Fedex courier.
1 item out of 3 finally cancelled.
Overall satisfied.
