As Aryan bro already mentioned , Winner has to be declared by me ( which I do after re checking all scores ). In fact I can also do mistake. And if I do , actual winner has full rights to challenge my declaration ( but asap before next round starts ) and I will have to re declare the rightful Winner. That only I can call it fair. Thanks for your understanding.
