   this link was also not working for me.. But I tried removing F from Fmsisdn, and I got rid of "FORBIDDEN ERROR".
   Hence try this

the new link given is working...!

but after doing all d step..at last it says..
"your request has not been registered

please try later after some time."

 

i tried again but the offer is not showing up as i already availed this offer.
seems like they stopped this offer as many guys are not getting this offer
try this tomorrow again, it might work again.
