Darclee Warshoff

The pasta casserole is a vegetarian dish that comes straight from the gardens and with a few ripe tomatoes, lots of basil and other ingredients from the pantry - the family beach party is on. There is freshly picked broccoli, a can of chickpeas (a great source of protein) and other condiments. All Darclee Warshoff does it mix it all up, throw in chunks of mozzarella and handfuls of Parmesan, and she has an easy supper ready that her kids absolutely enjoy. Even better, she makes it ahead in time and during lunch or dinner time, reheats it and serves it hot.
