iball is good model because - it has inbuilt speakers and it has dvi-d as well as vgi connection. also it has rich contrast with 2000:1 ratio and better response time of 2s in compare to 1000:1 and 5s. even I'm planing to buy same monitor by next month from flipkart as my kid broke monitor recently. I'm more inclined towards 18.5 inch one which has similar specs. other than this you wont get appealing price other than flipkart. you can save 100-200 bucks by buying from ebay but if things go wrong you might have to suffer much more than 100 bucks saved. telling from experience. PS, admin ji don't mind I replied instead of 3x.
