These terms and conditions ("Terms") between you ("purchaser" or "you" or "your" or "registered member" or "participant") and Awari Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 of India, having its registered office at 136A, Vishal House, Opposite LSR College, Zamrudpur, New Delhi – 110 048 (the "Company") governs your participation in Offer 1 and Offer 2 (as described below and hereinafter collectively referred to as "Offers") arranged by the Company.

DETAILS OF THE OFFER 1

Offer 1 is open to the registered members making purchases from the website www.fashionandyou.com ("Website") during the Offer 1 Promotion Period (as defined below). Any registered member who places an order for the purchase of products during the Offer 1 Promotion Period in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein ("Eligible Participant") will be offered a Samsung Led HDTV as a gift ("Offer 1 Gift") absolutely free on the terms and conditions specified herein by the Company, the details of the Terms are as follows:

1. 1.The Offer 1 Promotion Period shall start on January 10, 2013 at 10:00:00 hours and end on January 16, 2013 at 23:59:00 hours, Indian Standard Time (the "Offer 1 Promotion Period"). The Company shall be the official time-keeper for the Offer 1 Promotion Periods.

1. 2. To avail Offer 1 the registered members shall have to place orders during Offer 1 Promotion Period in the following manner:

1. a.) The registered member shall purchase products ("Products") through different tab/section of the Website during the Offer 1 Promotion Period.

1. b.) Any registered member making the highest value of purchase of Products during the Offer 1 Promotion Period will be offered Offer 1 Gift. It is hereby clarified that the purchases made equivalent to or above Rs. 2,00,000 (Rupees two lakhs only) shall qualify for Offer 1.

3. In addition to this, the registered members shall be offered unique prizes ("Prizes") displayed on the Website only upon the purchase of Products during the Promotion Period, the details of the Prizes and the terms and conditions for availing the Prizes shall be uploaded on the Website on the relevant dates or the night before such Prizes are offered on the Website.

DETAILS OF THE OFFER 2

Offer 2 is open to the registered members making purchases from the Website during Offer 2 Promotion Period (as defined below). Any registered member who places order for the purchase of products during the Offer 2 Promotion Period in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein ("Eligible Participant") will be offered an Versace Handbag as a gift ("Offer 2 Gift") absolutely free on the terms and conditions specified herein by the Company, the details of the Terms are as follows:

1. The Offer 2 Promotion Period shall start on January 11, 2013 at 10:00:00 hours and end on the same day at 23:59:00 hours, Indian Standard Time ("Offer 2 Promotion Period"). The Company shall be the official time-keeper for the Offer 2 Promotion Period.

1. The registered member making the highest value of purchases from the Website each hour during Offer 2 Promotion Period (which comprises of 14 (fourteen) hours) shall get Offer 2 Gift.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS OF THE OFFERS

1. The Offers shall not be valid on the purchases made using any voucher issued by the Company to the respective purchasers.

1. The Offers (including any benefit forming part thereof) shall not be combined with any other prize/promotion/contest/offer offered by the Company.

1. Offer 1 Gift and Offer 2 Gift shall hereinafter, as the context may require, be collectively to as "Gifts".

1. If the Order (as defined below) is cancelled, the respective member shall not be eligible for the Offers and the Gifts shall not be shipped.
