Companion Scheme in First and Business Class for Domestic Sectors. Applicability: Applicable for travel to/from any non-metro domestic sector of Air India, Not valid for travel purely between metros. Sale Period: From 20th February 2017 till 31st May, 2017. (both days inclusive). Travel Period: From 20th February 2017 till 31st May, 2017. (both days inclusive). Return Travel to be completed during this period Salient Features: Available for sale only in City Booking office both in India and Abroad.
Travel on both Inbound and Outbound travel to be undertaken together by the revenue and companion passenger.
Companion would be Any Adult/Child passenger in same cabin.
All applicable taxes/fees/charges (including Regional Connectivity Fund are payable by the passenger on Companion Tickets.
The scheme is subject to availability of seats in the respective flight.
Change of reservation up to 1 hour prior to departure would attract no cancellation charge.
However, booking cancelled within 1hour of departure would be treated as no-show and no-show charge to be taken as per applicable rules on paid ticket only.
Both Full fare and Companion tickets to be re-issued/rebooked/refunded together.In case paid First or Business Class Passenger cancels his / her booking, companion ticket would also be cancelled.
All Bookings would be on confirmed basis. No waitlist/time limit bookings permitted.
FFP miles will be accrued only on the Paid ticket. No mileage accrual permitted on the Companion ticket.
Tickets issued under the scheme is non combinable with any other fare types.
Tickets are non-endorsable and valid on Air India domestic applicable routes only. No additional discounts are permitted.
Air India reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. Exceptions : The scheme is not valid purely between metros.
The Companion Scheme is not valid on code-share flights.
Companion free scheme is not applicable on ticket purchase against exchange order.
No further incentives will apply on the above mentioned scheme.
