I used to buy a lot with them. Delivery depended upon their mood ( 20-30 days ) , emails were answered randomly I guess and phone calls were picked once after 4-5 tries. Their delivery started going bad to worse and I stopped buying though all my orders ( more than 20 ) got delivered to me sooner or later without any quality concerns.
