    I have not made many purchases with them either but for my very first order with them placed about a year back , I received exceptional professional service by them. Cannot recall exact details but my order was not being delivered after 10-15 days but they handled the situation very well to sort out the matter. I was impressed but somehow never ordered with them again.
    I feel they are slow in shipments but with 1000 off on 2000 , worth buying with them.
