Offer Duration: 17th July to 30th July 2014.
Cashback will be credited to the Customers account on or before 30th September, 2014.
Maximum Cashback per Transaction: Rs. 3000.
Maximum number of transactions allowed per customer: 2.
Offer is applicable for Laptops sold by ANY SELLER on Flipkart.com.
Offer is NOT applicable on Debit Cards or Net Banking. Although EMI purchases through credit card will be eligible for the offer.
Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer at the time of purchase for Laptops. No cashback will be provided for any other product in the cart .
For Cancelled/Returned orders, Cashback will not be processed. Replacement cases will be eligible for the Cashback.
Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled in cash.
All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
