It was a pricing error.
By mistake Pack of 4 Cartridges was showing as for 12
Not sure if ones already ordered would be shipped......................really doubt though.

Besides , when pricing is so low for such hygienic products , one must think carefully before
buying as product could be duplicate or from rejected lot harming your skin. Though I am not saying
it will always be like that as many times we have seen good quality products as well at extremely low prices.
