if account is suspended, forget it. as simple as you read this reply. no way, not even rajnikant can bring back account. live with it and move on.
and I assumed it's a fake account. if it's real n you don't have more than allowed2, you can call ebay and raise dispute on which you have to submit identification papers. in most cases ebay throws them in dustbin still if you are honest you can try calling them.
Agree with Aryan bro Once account suspended with ebay , just forget it and move on. Nothing can be or will be done
