First Go To The Forum You Want To Post Like Now i Am In Site Issues/Suggestions/etc.

Then Click New Topic


Then A Page Like This Will Open


Then Add A Tittle Like This


Then Add The Content


Then Click Post Thread Button


Then A Confirmation message will appear and you will be taken to the thread
