General offer terms & conditions:

• Only 1 deal code shall be allowed per booking ID.
• Deal code is valid for one time use only per unique email id or phone number.
• Deal Code is valid for purchases made during the offer duration only.
• The cash back will be processed within 30 days after the date of booking. It may take additional 3-10 working days for the money to reflect in your account.
  • For credit card bookings, cashback shall be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the booking, and will reflect in the monthly card statement/s.
  • Debit card and Net banking customers need to provide account information while booking, so that cashback can be credited: IFSC code (Indian Financial System Code), Account Number, Account Type (Saving/Current), Account holder’s name, Bank Name, Branch Name and Bank City.
• In the event the passenger has not received the cash back within 30 days from the booking date, you can raise a claim for the same within 3 months from the date of booking.
• The cash-back amount shall be 25% of booking value & not exceed Rs. 250 per booking id.
• To avail the discount, the customer should enter the correct deal code 'MOB25'. If the customer fails to enter the correct deal code, the customer will not be eligible for the cash back.
• Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The cash back benefit under this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.makemytrip.com.
• The offers are not valid on transactions/Bookings made through Paypal, COD or EMI.
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cash back amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cash back amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty.
• In addition, User Terms at www.makemytrip.com shall apply.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers using their own Bank accounts. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to cancel such bookings if such a case comes to the notice of MakeMyTrip. For such cases, MakeMyTrip will not refund the booking amount.
• In no event, the entire liability of MakeMyTrip for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback amount, a customer is entitled to under said offer.
• MakeMyTrip in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential and financial losses in any event whatsoever.
• Bus offers are not applicable on OSRTC, UPSRTC, Luxaria Travel, BSRTC, Punjab Roadways and other state road transport corporations.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this cash back offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to withdraw/amend/modify the discount offer at any time without prior notice.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer or travel agent.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to reasons beyond its control.
