Offer Terms & Conditions

• Deal Code is valid for bus bookings made during the offer duration only.
• “Eligible Customer” is someone who books during the offer duration, using the correct deal code"CRAZYBUSSALE" and on confirmed bookings only.
• Deal code is valid for one time use only per unique email id.
• A winner will be chosen by random draw of lots from among the eligible customers.
• The free flight reward will be provided as a e-discount voucher of Rs. 5000 for one time use on Domestic Flights booking made online at www.makemytrip.com.
• The voucher of Rs. 5000 will be emailed to the customer within 3 days of the original bus travel date and would be valid for duration of 1 month thereon.
• Customer is responsible for the safe keep of his email id password, any claims of misuse of the voucher due to negligence of the customer will not be entertained.
• The free bus reward will be provided as cashback of upto Rs.1000 on the original bus booking.
• The cash back will be processed within 14 days after the date of booking. It may take additional 3-10 working days for the money to reflect in your account.
• In the event the passenger has not received the cash back within 30 days from the booking date, you can raise a claim for the same within 3 months from the date of booking.
• In case of cancellation of the original bus-ticket, the customer forfeits the rights to any rewards from this offer as well. Coupons if issued shall be deactivated.

• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cash back amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cash back amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty.

• Participants allow MakeMyTrip to publish the names of winners on face book.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers using their own Bank accounts. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to cancel such bookings if such a case comes to the notice of MakeMyTrip. For such cases, MakeMyTrip will not refund the booking amount.

• MakeMyTrip in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential and financial losses in any event whatsoever.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this cash back offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
