Ola Money cannot be used to pay for auto rides. Please pay the driver according to the government regulated rates, plus an additional Rs.10 as a convenience charge. I have a Windows phone. Can the driver refuse to drop me to my location? You need to input your drop location on the app while booking for an auto. The ride will be assigned to you only when a driver accepts.
