TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Sony 'What's in the Pocket' Contest (hereinafter, "Contest")

1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.

2. Participants are advised to read the "Terms and Conditions". Participation in the contest shall imply that the participants have duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the "Terms and Conditions" stated herein.

3. The contest shall commence from October 25, 2012 and shall terminate on, November 1, 2012 (both days inclusive), hereby will be called at Activity period.

4. The contest is open to citizens of India, residents in India only. Employees of Sony India Pvt. Ltd. ("Sony India"), Sony Entertainment television (SET), Sony Pictures (SPE) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and immediate family members of such Sony group companies employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India or non-residents Indians are also not eligible to participate in the contest.

5. PARTICIPATION

5.1 A participant is required to have a Facebook profile.
5.2 The Participant(s) can login to the contest using his/her Facebook profiles (https:\\www.facebook.com, username and password)
5.3 Post login, participants shall be directed to the contest application page wherein instructions will appear as to how the participants" profile information shall be used by the contest application.
5.4 Participants shall be required to give his/her specific consent i.e. either by making a selection of an option of "Go to App" or "Cancel".
5.4.1 In case a participant selects the option of "Go to App", he/she will be directed to a page where the Application would request further permission. The participant will get an option to select either "Allow" or "Skip".
5.4.2 When the participant selects "Allow", he/she will be directed to the page where he/she may choose to proceed with the contest. Contest instructions will be mentioned therein.
5.4.2 In case the participant selects the option of "Skip" then also he/she shall be taken onto the application page where he/she may choose to proceed with the contest
5.4.3 In case, the participant selects "Cancel" on the very first screen of the application itself then he /she shall be directed to his/her respective Facebook profiles.
5.5 On the Application screen, Participants will be shown instruction about the contest.
5.6 After this, Participants shall be required to catch and drag cameras/other objects that are appear on the screen and fit it in the pocket of girl. This is a timed activity and hence each participant will only have limited time to complete it.
5.7 For each camera/object fitted in the pocket, the participant will win certain points and his score will be added up accordingly.
5.8 After completion of the activity, the participant can re-play the contest or invite his/her friends.
5.9 Names of top ten scorers will be displayed on the right hand side of the contest. Sony India will review the activity daily and one(1) winner will be announced everyday on Sony India Facebook page.
5.10 Please note that when Sony India carries out review of the entries, it reserves the right to reject /disqualify any of the entry if the same falls under the ambit of the reasons mentioned under the heading of "REJECTION/ DISQUALIFICATION".

6. "WINNER"

6.1 One(1) winner shall be selected in the following manner:
6.1.1 Sony India will review the activity of top scorers of the day to ascertain that only genuine people have got the top scores using genuine means. Sony India shall conduct background check of the activities related to participation in this contest to ensure that only genuine participant(s) wins the contest. In order to check the foregoing, Sony India shall send direct messages to participant(s) to confirm about participation in the contest.
6.3 Sony India reserves the right to choose winner from top valid scorers.
6.4 Winner shall be declared every day till the Activity period lasts.
6.5 The winner shall be declared on Sony India"s fan page on Facebook.com (http:\\www.facebook.com\sonyindia)
6.6 Please note that there shall not be any SMS communication in this regard. However, there shall be a post to the winner on his/her Facebook profile.
