Contest duration: Contest will start on 18 December, 2013 (00:00:01 hours) and shall end on 18 December, 2013 (23:59:59 hours) Eligibility criterion for participation in the Contest: Only individual sell ads with a valid image & mobile number posted on Quikr in certain categories during the offer period will be eligible to receive talk-time. Categories for which offer is applicable: Mobile Phones, Electronics & Technology, Home & Lifestyle, Real Estate, Cars & Bikes. Offer is not applicable for other categories. Offer promo code has to be entered while posting the ad on Quikr. Ads posted without a valid promo code will not be eligible for the offer. Promo codes with typos will not be considered valid. Not more than one recharge voucher code will be sent to a mobile number during the offer period irrespective of the number of eligible ads posted. The offer is applicable only for prepaid mobile numbers. It is not valid for postpaid mobile numbers. Not more than one recharge voucher can be redeemed against a mobile number on Freecharge. Not more than one recharge voucher will be sent per valid listing. All ads posted will be reviewed by our team and only eligible ads will qualify for mobile recharge vouchers. Users whose ads have been approved and satisfy the submission criteria will be sent the talk-time voucher code on ad approval. Users whose ads are deleted by our team will not be eligible to get recharge voucher. It is solely at Quikr’s discretion to decide whether an image is relevant to the ad or not. Irrelevant images may be deleted and will make the ad ineligibile. This offer is applicable only for Indian mobile numbers. It is not valid for International mobile numbers. You should not be in violation of the User Agreement, Trust & Safety rules and any other applicable policies on the Site. The offer is only applicable for ads posted on the website, mobile site or by calling our call centre. It is not applicable for ads posted on the mobile app or any other channel. Miscellaneous: Talk-time recharge voucher will be sent as an sms on the mobile number entered while posting the ad. Recharge voucher will NOT be sent on email. It is solely the responsibility of participants to redeem their vouchers from Freecharge before the date of expiry. Quikr will not send replacement codes in case of failure to do so. Depending on your mobile operator, circle and amount entered while redeeming the voucher on www.freecharge.in, either talk-time or data based recharge can happen. Quikr will not be responsible for the same. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard. Recharge vouchers will be given in one of the following denominations – Rs. 20, Rs. 100, Rs. 200 or Rs. 5000 Quikr reserves the right at any time, without previous notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Contest by another Contest, whether similar to this Contest or not, or to withdraw it altogether. You hereby agree to be bound by such revised Terms and Conditions. All decisions by Quikr regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained in this regard. The employees and the immediate family members of the employees of Quikr and its associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Quikr does not warrant that the Site will run concurrently and error free during or after the Contest Period and does not commit any uptime of the Site. Quikr does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed entries. Quikr reminds participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect entry to the Contest. You understand and agree that participation in the Contest for the purpose of being rewarded to be promoted is good and sufficient consideration for You to agree and bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any and all taxes, including without limitation income tax and/or service tax, if any applicable on this Contest and the rewards thereto shall be borne by You and You shall deposit the applicable amount of taxes to the appropriate governmental authorities before You could avail any rewards, unless otherwise mandated under the applicable laws.
