For those unaware, Right Choice Magazine was a magazine providing comparison based reviews for different kind of products(Eg household electronics/cars/bank accounts/credit cards etc). https://www.whichrightchoice.com/
What went against them? They claimed they brought all the products they tested on their own. None received from manufacturer for free. Providing magazines to subscribers for FREE(effective price, or better to say they paid people to subscribe for the mag eg using offers like 1600 Paytm Cash on subscription price of Rs 1399, or by providing subscription to ICICI customers for Re 1)
Even I got this SMS but I don't know which bank account I used for this subscription... So not sure whether they have refunded the amount back or not.. Don't have time to check all bank accounts .. Did you get the refund back in your bank account?? If yes then even I will check my accounts I opted for 1399/- subscription which gave 1600 paytm cash... Paytm cash is already used... so refund on top of it would be cherry on cake
I think it was expected. No one was renewing their subscriptions after free trial periods ( not free but getting through various offers making it free ).
Yehi to nuksaan hai Swiss Bank Accounts, hum gareebo ki tarah Indian banks me kholo account statement aati hain unki to monthly Mentioned above: "Credit Card". Refund not reflecting till now. Same... 200% loss hua hoga atleast considering the paper quality and Fedex delivery partner.
