This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL.

The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 12th August, 2014 till 18th August, 2014 (Both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd by mutual consent in writing.

All SBI Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Programme.

Under this program, cardholder can avail 10% cash back during the Offer Period on ALL purchases of Rs. 10000/- or more made/effected using SBI Credit Card on www.flipkart.com. The maximum cash back permitted/allowed on a card (including all add-on-card transactions) during the Offer Period is Rs. 3,000/-.However a customer can avail the offer separately on two different primary cards

Offer would be applicable on all products from ALL SELLERS made available on www.flipkart.com

Cashback will be posted to your respective credit card by or before 17th October 2014.

Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till Oct. 30th, 2014. Post such date, SBICPSL & Flipkart Internet Pvt ltd will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any persons.

SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.

All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.

Full payment of the transaction must be done from SBI credit card only. Any transaction with multiple payment modes will not be considered valid under the program.

In a scenario where the customer either returns the product /cancels the transaction or a transaction is cancelled by the seller no cash back will be applicable for such transactions.

Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.

Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd and accordingly SBICPSL or Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.

Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.

SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd and without reference to SBICPSL.

All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.

Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.

All card holders must direct all queries with respect to cash back posting to SBICPSL directly. Flipkart Internet Pvt ltd will not be responsible for any such queries

Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.

SBICPSL/ Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
