    Super Saver Weekend Terms & Conditions
    1. This Amazon Pantry Super Saver Weekend offer (“Offer”) is provided by Cloudtail India Private Limited (“Cloudtail”), Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“AODSPL”) and the participating brands (“Brands”), and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) on http://www.amazon.in or the mobile application/ mobile site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

    Amazon Pay Balance is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) in your Amazon account. Gift Cards are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”) and are subject to the Amazon Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”).

    2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in and the Gift Card Terms. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only. ASSPL reserve the right to withdraw the availability of the Offer on amazon.in at any time without prior notice.

    3. This Offer is valid for each Saturday and Sunday during the period commencing from February 04, 2017 at 12.00 a.m. (IST) and ending on March 26, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (IST) or until stocks of the Products (defined hereinafter) are available for purchase, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Cloudtail, Brands and/or AODSPL in their sole discretion without any prior notice.
