How To Enter the Wish & Win Sweepstakes:

You may enter the Wish & Win Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. (IST) on October 8th, 2013 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on November 3rd, 2013. To enter, you must:
(1) Create a wish list on Amazon.in or use an existing wish list if you already have one.
(2) Add 3 or more items to this wish list. One of these needs to be based on the weekly contest clue. This week's clue: Add an upcoming/yet to be released book on Indian mythology to your wish list to participate in the contest.
(3) Make sure you have entered your shipping address on your wish list profile to be eligible for the sweepstakes.
(4) A total of 20 lucky winners will be selected from the eligible participants at random through the course of the sweepstakes. Each winner will win items worth up to Rs.9,999 from their wish list (5 winners per week- as per the sweepstakes schedule).
Wish lists created or items added to existing wish lists after 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on November 3rd, 2013 will not be considered.

Eligibility:

If you are an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and are 18 years or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
Mailing List:

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon.in/Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we" or "us"). You may update or change your email preferences at the Email preferences page.
Prize Drawing:

All participants that have taken part in the “Wish & Win” Sweepstakes and have been signed in while adding items to their wish list, with the resultant wish list containing 3 or more items (one of which is based on the weekly contest clue), will be entered into a random drawing. We will pick 20 winners through the course of the sweepstakes. The drawing will be aggregated at the end of each week, with 5 winners per week(as per sweepstakes schedule).
Other Promotions:

Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately.
We will notify each potential winner by phone or e-mail within 5 business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to respond with his/her full name, address, and phone number. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. Each prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Limit one prize package per person for 5 Sweepstakes winners each week.
Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘how to enter the wish & win sweepstakes’ section.
Additional Terms:

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries.
