Body

The Benro A1980F when folded measures 506 mm and is thus an absolutely portable camera essential. Designed for convenience, this trivet allows for extended flexibility while shooting. You could elevate the Benro trivet to a maximum operating height level of up to 1575 mm. You could also shoot from a normal height level of up to 1310 mm. With the four leg sections of this trivet you could be assured of a stable mount of the equipment.

The screw-in rubber feet grip on firmly to even the toughest, uneven, slippery grounds and come with a 3/8 screw thread. These feet are interchangeable to stainless steel spiked feet depending upon your shooting location. In addition to this, the head mounting set screws provide extra security when you attach the head to the tripod’s top plate. The head mount thread size is ¼ inch to 20 inch and 3/8 to 16 inch. The maximum diameter of the Benro trivet is 25 mm and the minimum diameter is 15 mm.

Features

Coupled with a sturdy build, the Benro A1980F tripod is embedded with a center column. The column locking set knobs enables you to lock the center column into place with just a single twist of the knob. Furthermore, this flexible center column design offers a quick switch from 0-180 degree vertically and 360 degree horizontally. Adding to the comfort, the hook located at the bottom of the center column, allows you to hang additional weight from the tripod’s center of gravity for increased stability, especially during windy days.

The Benro tripod legs can be set at 24 degree, 55 degree 80 degree leg angles to enable smooth panning even on irregular surfaces. With the smart quick lock legs with anti-rotation leg system, you could easily set the tripod in just a flip of the lock and the anti-rotation legs ensure fast and fumble-free set up. Apart from all these beneficial features, the Benro A1980F also has a thick layer of closed-cell Nitrile Butadiene Rubber which provides a comfortable yet firm grip when you carry the tripod.
