Inalsa Maxi Cream 4 Cups Coffee Maker

I recently purchased the Inalsa Maxi Cream Coffee Maker. Here are my observations after I used this machine a couple of times:

CONS:
1. The manual that comes with coffee maker is not good enough to guide a novice on how to use the coffee maker. I desperately looked for demo videos or any other help guide, but Inalsa hadn't provided anything. In the end, I took the chance and learned by trial and error.

The knob on the top was so stiff that it broke off when i tried to turn it around (yes i was doing it in the right direction), the steam coming out of the nozzle has about the same pressure as what would come off from water boiling in an open vessel - so big ask to expect any froth. My learning from this - no such thing as a good coffee maker that is also cheap.
