Overview
The Inalsa 15 Litre PSG Geyser is a high quality and high performance product. It has two LED indicators. The red one indicates heating, while the green one indicates cut-off. This nonagonal tank protected geyser comes with an ISI seal of approval, and has a 5-star energy rating. It has an external plastic coating as well.

15 Litre Capacity
The capacity of the water storage tank of is 15 litres. 15 litres is the ideal water required for a person to bathe, hence, wastage of water can be prevented. The mounting dimensions required for this storage water heater are 21.5 x 55 x 36.5 cm (BxHxD).
Heating Element
The Inalsa PSG 15 Litre geyser comes with an embedded type two-U heating element. It is copper sheathed, tubular, and has a mineral filling.
Tank Coating
The PSG 15L is a stainless steel tank geyser. Stainless steel is a metal alloy which is made by mixing iron, chromium, manganese, silicon, carbon, nickel, etc. There is a corrosion protection coating used inside the tank on the material that prevent the corrosion of the material after retaining warm water for long hours. This results in Inalsa PSG geyser being not only less susceptible to corrosion but also durable and have better insulation.
Thermal Cut-Out
The geyser has an anti-overheat mechanism. It uses a bimetallic type snap action and automatically cuts out the power supply when the water temperature exceeds 90°C. This helps in protecting the device. If the in-built thermostat, and the thermal cut out fails, the geyser has a fusible plug that melts at 98°C to reduce the water steam pressure that gets accumulated in the tank.
Technical Specifications
The Inalsa 15 Litre geyser requires wattage of 2.0 kW. The maximum pressure rating is 100 psi, while the normal working pressure rating is around 30 psi. The water output of the geyser has a minimum temperature of 40°C. The geyser operates on a power supply of 230 V AC, at a frequency of 50 Hz.
