PAYUMONEY GOSF OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Under the PayUMoney GOSF Offer, registered PayUMoney Buyers will receive a discount for payments made through PayUMoney with respect to transactions made on websites of participating PayUMoney Sellers ("Offer").
  • To avail the Offer, the Seller's customers shall be required to register themselves on PayUMoney.
  • The Offer can be availed by registered PayUMoney Buyers from 12:00 pm on December 8th, 2014 (Monday) till midnight of December 12th, 2014 (Friday).
  • The maximum discount offered by PayUMoney per transaction shall be as follows:

  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other program or offer being run by PayUMoney simultaneously.
  • PayU shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Buyer's PayUMoney account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure privacy and confidentiality of Buyer's PayUMoney account details.
  • The Offer can be availed multiple times.
  • The Offer can be availed only on select Seller websites as specified by PayUMoney from time to time and is not applicable for Webstore, Webfront and non-e-commerce Sellers.
  • PayUMoney reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter this Offer. PayUMoney also reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer and to discontinue this Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • PayUMoney reserves the right to disqualify any Buyer from the benefits of this Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions.
  • No queries will be entertained with respect to the Offer after 30 days from the date of expiry of the Offer.
  • Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Buyer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.

  • In all matters relating to the Offer, PayUMoney's decision will be final.
  • All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the PayUMoney User Terms and Conditions.

  • Terms & conditions of the respective PayUMoney Seller partner shall also apply.
