Apne toh contest ke prizes bhi baaki forums ke comparatively best hai fir bhi participants are not interested ... kuch toh gadbad hai

It's difficult bro to implement such feature. But for QF , SF and Finals , what we can do is that players can pm me their Teams and we will post it here just within few minutes after the time deadline.

Was not possible for so many members. Besides the Team changes were allowed multiple times and idea was to confuse your opponent / plan your strategy according to your opponents Team , etc. If everything was hidden and by pm , fun and excitement would have been much lesser. Also the rules were same for all.

 

Not really and nothing to do with person posting later will have a better chance. In fact in case of a tie , later will loose.
It's a mixture of brain and luck.
No one stopping anyone to post at the last moment. Depends upon person to person how he/she decides his
strategy. Be confident with your players and just post and relax. or trick your opponent first by posting some Team
and than change it at the last moment.

One contest is not end of the world. Cheer up your Fav players. Conducting the Contest , I can't even do that

Another strategy for the remaining players can be also to post your Team from advance and not to make any changes at all. Your opponent doesn't know whether you will change your Team or not. So really speaking I see
no problems by entering Teams in open.
In the end , Luck is needed to all. If luck goes against you , all your calculations , skills and gut feelings can go down the doldrums. Even in reality sometimes luck of Toss can make a huge difference to the results.
